N78 with it's US 3G Glory and More

Here is the sight of the Nokia N78 announced a few weeks back in Barcelona. This time around rocking the US 3G and on display here at CTIA. Supposedly it's set to be released sometime in May, and word on the street is this variant might get a head start compared to its Euro spec cousin in heading to the market.

Also if you notice on the picture below, in the connection manager of the N78 compared to the N95-1 and most likely all FP1 phones, the application tells you exactly what applications are using data.

First Day of CTIA and the Day Before it

Today is officially the first day at CTIA, and the exhibition floor will open up in a few minutes. I'll be checking out major companies, and seeing what they have to offer. Also I was in different meetings yesterday and went to a good round up of events and had interesting conversations with different representatives and execs. I'll recount yesterday's events a little bit later. Now time to see what's going down here.
