Recently, I got on the Sprint website and was browsing their phones. Little did I know that Sprint had sales associates on hand to start a live chat with you. Well this lady asked if I needed help, and so I asked a few questions regarding the HTC Mogul and Touch. She barely knew anything and when I asked her about the phones' dimensions, she told me to use the compare phones feature on the website. As if I couldn't do that by myself. It got worse, because apparently they don't know much and are probably reading you off information from a website. So I mentioned that the Mogul's interface was a bit laggy while was playing around with it in the Sprint Store a while back. A few seconds later, she ditched me! She actually left! It said "(don't remember her name) has left the chat". WTF?! What would she do if I asked her in a store, run away? Anyways, just wanted to tell about my great experience with Sprint's customer service. They were really helpful. Thanks guys!
